The Doing Good DNA Program walks organizations through a clear path for identifying and implementing Doing Good as an integral part of who they are, what they do, and how they do it. It provides and develops a value-based managerial perception for organizations wishing to achieve their business objectives while leading with vision and aligning managers’ mindsets and behaviors with their corporate values.
The objectives of the program
To provide, encourage and develop a business managerial perception based on The Doing Good Model among managers who can lead organizational changes.
To create alignment between each manager’s mindsets, roles, work routines and skills.

The program’s framework
Six sessions delivered of 2-4 hours duration per session.
The six sessions may be delivered as an Interactive In-Person Instructor Led Training, or as a Virtual Instructor Led Training.
The sessions are delivered sequentially; attending all sessions sequentially is a condition precedent to fully assimilating and implementing the experience.
The first program has the option of facilitation by a DGM Master Trainer

Certification of The Doing Good DNA Program trainer includes the following steps:
1. Participation in DGM Online Course Doing Good is Good Business
2. Reading the book "The Doing Good Model" by Shari Arison
3. Trainer Orientation 2 hours webinar: Onboarding, background of the Arison Group, The Doing Good Model, and guidelines for reviewing program content and aids
4. Self-guided review of the program content, sessions 1-3
5. Trainers' session 1.5 hours zoom meeting: In-depth review of program content session 1-3
6. Self-guided review of the program content, sessions 4-6
7. Trainers' session 1.5 hours zoom meeting: In-depth review of program content session 4-6 9. Self-guided review of program Aids Workbook, Communication Toolkit, certificates etc. 10. Final Trainers' session 1-hour zoom meeting: Q&A, final review
What does the program include?
Six sessions – 20 hours in total. The sessions are designed as a sequence, therefore attending all sessions will allow full comprehension and implementation. The sessions may be obtained as In-person Learning Training, or as Virtual Learning Training.
